I wonder if we could just go for pudding?
Harrogate sits in the mid point of the golden triangle and is ‘well heeled’, but I’d be surprised if locals would pay those sorts of prices, but maybe they can get by on hotel guests?

With all that weird 'health' stuff one assumes it caters for a well researched niche market. The types who aren't very interested in good food at that!

Sounds about right - except that oddly I’ve never seen tomato actually in the omelette before, just in a tomato (usually tomato and onion) salad on the side.
Must have been in most of the recipes Felicity consulted though, and it’s certainly in Asma Khan’s
A little grated root ginger is a possibikitg

I remember seeing you at a fair in I think Flint, we were on our way to our caravan in Talacre , I bought something, but I was too shy to introduce myself. I think it was in the BBC food board days.

That would have been me, too! Was it at the castle? I was there for the opening of the coast path

Interesting, KC2!" I had been wondering if the present situation would affect the name of the dish!

Yes it was the opening of the coastal path. Can you remember what year it was?
