Error messages
We seem to be having occasional problems which are throwing up server error messages, since our webspace provider sent us a message four days ago saying they're doing some background work to our DNS servers, but that it will not affect the web content. They're clearly telling porkies, I'm putting in a service report, sorry if there are hiccups.

Re: Error messages
A lot here but so far have been short lived so recovers if left for a minute or two.
If it happens when I'm trying to submit a post, I click the Page Back arrow, then do a Ctrl-C to copy my wise words to clip board to post when it will accept it. (Dunno how to do that on other gadgets.)

Re: Error messages
Fairly stable here.
Haven't had it whilst posting contributions, only when I've tried looking at posts on occasion.

Re: Error messages
I have had it freeze while trying to post, and pages not refreshing, or the whole thing not responding when I try to go to a topic or to go to a specific post

Re: Error messages
Error 504 occasionally over the last few days.
Re: Error messages
Very odd, I've looked at the error logs, and something is attacking the website every hour at 33 minutes past and 59 minutes past the hour.
Heart internet were not much use, they just told me to look at the error logs.

Re: Error messages
X.59 time makes sense, I tend to post just before a tv programme I want to watch starts at the top of the hour
Will keep an eye open for the x.33 firestorm
Bored hackers in lock down writing some kind of malware or whatever the correct name for this kind of attacking code?

Re: Error messages
I have noticed a few blips too. It often seems to be when I have replied already to a couple of posts and am replying to another. I thought there might be some time restriction on multiple posts.

Re: Error messages
I posted on another thread and had problems, it was at 7.33.
ETA.I tried to post again and it happened again. Guess what, it was 7.59! I must start looking at the time before I post .

Re: Error messages
Just did a test page refresh at 7.59pm, guess what? Internal Server Error page. The page refreshed instantly a few seconds later.

Re: Error messages
At 14.32 I tried to click into a thread and got no response
At 14.33 I got the Internal Error message, which somehow turned on Siri and muted my podcast. Back to normal at 14.34
Weird

Re: Error messages
Trawling through the error logs, of 417 messages, only 25 were not at within a few seconds of 33 and 59 minutes past the hour. The remaining ones were all suspect.
