Hmm, I wasn’t paying much attention, but I’m fairly sure Asda had lots of ‘regular’ gluten free biscuits today. Just an idea for the future. Gluten free biscuits as the base for a no-bake gateau, mixed with butter and a topping of a fruity yoghurt/quark and gelatine mix. No baking, delicious and inclusive.
