It would make grating the parmesan rather messy?

I think I'd rather shave the bloom off. (I don't get blue mould much.)

Other cheeses would be less of a problem. But other cheeses get eaten quite quickly in my household once open. (Human hoover husband helps in this.)

I am wondering if stilton is giving me headaches. I will experiment.

Is Stilton known to create headaches? I've had a couple of unexplained headaches this week- and have been eating Stilton.

Cheese in general can be a migraine trigger for some people but I don’t know that it would trigger a non-migraine headache, a reaction that strong would probably cause other symptoms?

I will experiment, as I said. Could be a pre-back to work stress thing. Definitely not a migraine.
