Waitrose personalised vouchers

Hi, just wondering, does anyone else usually get Waitrose personalised vouchers every Wednesday, and if so, have they received any today?
Neither I nor OH have received them. Maybe there's a glitch in the system?

I've got mine but I get them on my phone. I didn't get an email reminding me though which I think I usually do.

Nothing on mine either - I forget to look and told them to stop sending emails ages ago when they started sending me surveys after every shop.

We always get ours on our phones, too, and we shop there regularly, and use the vouchers regularly ...

Do you get a notification so that you know they are there? I only do top up shops there, but sometimes buy a reasonable amount. I don't know what the criteria is to qualify.

Yes, we've been getting them for ages - ah, the vouchers have finally come through, literally as I'm writing this!

I haven’t had any for ages but I never used them anyway. I found the process too unwieldy because they had to be linked to the card before shopping unlike Sainsbury’s where they’re just handed in at the til or scanned on the self service ones.

I read some of the blurb on how to qualify last night. You only have to scan your card when shopping. I do this so obviously don't spend enough. I'll keep looking though. My app seems to open without a password which makes life easier. I still get special offers and qualify for lower prices on some goods.

They've streamlined the system now, so you only have to activate them on your app and then it automatically takes the money off when you check out - rather like the Lidl Plus vouchers.

EM, OH used his card every week for about a month and then he started getting vouchers. I've been on the system for years.

I did a Waitrose shop a few weeks ago and it said I didn't have any vouchers. I went to place another and do have vouchers. So I think they stop if you don't shop for a while.
