I hope whenever we go the quenelles and saucisson are on the lunch menu! As for their plat du jour OH and I are extremely interested in any of them - I don't think I've ever had mouclade, and real Toulouse sausages would be fab ... my mouth is watering at the thought!! (I think I'd pass on the tripe on the lunchtime menu!)

OH checked out its location and it seems to be a couple of blocks from the hospital (Chelsea & Westminster) towards South Ken. Probably a couple of bus stops from Fulham Broadway tube.

For those of you who don’t watch Richard Osman’s House of Games on BBC 2 at 6pm … last week Jay Rayner was only the second contestant ever to win all five of last week’s daily competitions! 8-)

I’d be up for a French lunch, or indeed a share of some stuffed innards!

Mrs B might be interested in the first of these…

DD loved taramasalata when she was a child … think she’s still quite keen but she says Sainsbugs offering doesn’t taste quite like it used to.

Most of the corner shops here sell the Delphi brand which is decent, as is their hummus.
There’s one with a picture of a chef on it that’s like fish paste flavoured salad cream

I’m not normally a coriander hater but for a long time after Covid I couldn’t stand coriander or parsley and I wasn’t very keen on mint. I found fresh dill was a reasonable substitute.

At least they say natural remedies don’t work. The number of articles I’ve read saying rattos hate peppermint is ridiculous

My gang adore mint and use it to wash themselves as well as eat. They smell lovely after a mint bath
