James, I've had a good look through all the pictures of the wonderful food that you are cooking! All the things that I would love! Just amazing and you're growing your own wild garlic too! Lovely photo of you both at Trinnacle Rocks.
Yes, I remember the Walmersley area and I feel sad now that I left there. Glad you've got a good butcher!

The food on FB looks absolutely amazing! I think the idea for a "premium" supper club is a great idea - the menu for the fish and seafood one is stunning.
