There’s lots of buttermilk substitutes available eg egg and yoghurt/milk/lemon juice.

We slept on an Emma mattress for the first time last week. We were both disappointed. The worst problem was being disturbed by the other turning over in bed. But so saying, the pub with rooms was so nice, we’ll be giving it another chance.

Delias Basque. It’s so much easier these days, when I can use a small pack of sun-dried tomatoes from Tesco, and a small pack of chopped chorizo from Sainsbury’s. Both a perfect size for two people. After not very much sleep, and a long day, we had a(n?) M&S gastropub moussaka. It was surprisingly nice.
I might fish the label out of the cardboard recycling to see if they’re freezable. I can’t see why not.
