Yes, we had those recently for the first time….very impressed. Nice and soft. We tried both plain, and coriander. They didn’t make it as far as the freezer!

Thank you, I’ve frozen it in small portions. I’ll try to remember to let you know how it defrosts. We have lots of Christmas leftovers so it my not be any time soon.

My leftover M&S brandy butter says it can’t be frozen. Any idea why I can’t freeze it? It would just be for me.

We love the salmon too. One of those little pots of pesto is just enough for two, and we always have Parmesan, and breadcrumbs in the freezer. Usually with new pots and salad, or (packet ) rice and tenderstem. An easy, but tasty meal.
