Mmmmmmmm - haven't had belly pork for aaaaaaages!

Love it roasted in the oven - lovely with HM chips & garden peas.

Sis & myself went on a coach trip to Brid the other week, (myself deputizing for Mum, as she had a tummy bug & didn't feel well enough to go).

Pier 6 near the harbour. Not cheap - but OMG some of the BEST fish & chips I've ever had!

Thoroughly recommend!

We've been eating lots of salads and our own home-grown spuds. We even had a ready-meal lasagne on Sunday.

It's just too hot to have big meals.
