I shop in Sainsburys every so often so I’ll look next time. Waitrose not so much these days but if we ever move back down south it should be an option.

I’ve never been happy when I’ve cooked pork belly at home but that’s maybe because it has been bought at a supermarket. A good butcher is a thing to treasure.

Hmmm… ok, I’ve only ever bought Gruyère when it has been required for a recipe, so always cooked. I’ve never even sneaked a taste when I’m prepping. I can see that is going to change. Next time!

Pizza. Haven’t had one for ages. A Crosta and Mollica base with tomato sauce, added grated cheddar, mozzarella, salami with fennel seeds, spinach, red onion, jalapeños and Italian seasoning. Side salad of rocket, pear, blue cheese and walnuts.

The fried rice was very tasty Rocky though it would have been better with more rice and maybe another vegetable. The original recipe was for one person so I had to double up on some ingredients, though not all as we are not massive eaters. Plenty of meat though, which I kept the same as for one. Def...
