My Spanacopita has feta and spinach with dill & mint in it. I made too much, it took an age to eat.......

So spinach

Even gave some to the Poles..... one was not impressed

spinach in saag aloo with garam masala (mixed spice). you choose which.
i've used garam masala in cakes when i've run out of mixed spice - one lot i had i couldn't smell any difference.
