I've never done a 3D puzzle, in fact, I haven't done many puzzles at all, beyond children's puzzles with the boys when they were little!

I am not a puzzle person. I think I would have wanted this (but perhaps ready done by someone else) as a child.

I want one but with all the extras living here at the moment there would be nowhere to put it. I love a good puzzle/

How about this?

I’m hoping for The Journal, book 2. Book 1 was very hard, but very satisfying.

A very happy bunny here! I got the Cuisinart spice grinder from DS2, also Ottolenghi "Simple" and Claudia Roden "Med" from OH (for him too )
And a "non-staining multi cooker/steamer with lid" for the microwave.
It is apparently ideal for cooking rice, casseroles and steaming vegetables.
No instructions, unfortunately But I'm sure a quick google will provide info! If not, I'll be back asking you all
I just used the grinder to grind some anardana seeds OH bought by mistake ages ago when I asked him for Pomegranate seeds - I had meant fresh ones, but he thought I meant dried ones and so the guy in the Middle Eastern supermarket found them for him
I never managed to find a use for them as the grinder attached to my bamix didn't really work on them.
Now, however, I have no excuse, and thought I might try this recipe https://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-spiced ... h-a-106226

What lovely presents KC2! I shall be interested to hear what the ground anardana seeds bring to the dish. I have only eaten fresh ones and always feel they are more of a texture sensation than taste though suppose there is a slight bitterness.

Just catching up on this board and had a good giggle at some of the earlier posts, particularly the one s about wanting 'Two Front Teeth'!
Many years ago i fell in the garden and walloped my mouth on a stone step, broke my newly-emerged 2nd teeth on the following step and for several months had to live with 'all I want for Christmas...... '
being sung at me wherever I went!
Hope everyone had a good Christmas,
JeanT

Re: What would you like for Christmas?
Just updating to say that I did very well for Christmas, even though my heavy hints about a Hori Hori fell on stony ground. So I bought one for myself and it arrived today! Excellent. I’d like to rush out and use it, but we are only just above freezing here and have fog, so I think I’ll wait till the weather improves.

Re: What would you like for Christmas?
I hope you find it as useful as I do mine.
Re: What would you like for Christmas?
I’m sure I will! I’d say that I can’t wait to use it, but it’s -5C today, so I probably won’t manage it till it thaws a bit. However, having said that, I might try cutting back the pampas grass if the sun comes out …
Re: What would you like for Christmas?
how sharp do they stay when you're using them in the ground? don't they blunt or burr against stones?
