I remember a Canadian guy from beeb and wondered if Mark had posted there.
Are you thinking of Andrew [Googlemeister] Taylor? From Birmingham via Polperro, still in Canada, still on FB

I wondered if the producers were having a bit of a dig at Brexit with the nationalities represented . . .

Sue did a nice job with my description. Before I became a part of this fine group I had hung around answerbank briefly. Was looking for a sprout gratin recipe.
I don't use google. If I need a search engine I use startpage.com. seems to work well for me.
Got a great group here.

Re: TV and Online Cooking Shows
Thanks for the links, Mark.
I watched the second Hairy Bikers programme and thought that it was excellent. I loved the way that they visited different places in Yorkshire to meet people and learn about the way of life there for the farmers, honey producers etc. I must catch up with the first episode which was filmed in Lancashire and is where I live.

Has anyone tried the Saffron Tree spices from the programme? I’m considering getting my OH a ‘hamper’ (tube) for Christmas.
