fresh thyme and black pepper in sosmix sausage rolls - made with bought puff pastry cos i'm lazy but rolled out on the bran sieved from wholemeal flour to make them look 'rustic' - added fibre for a healthier version!

sesame oil instead of tahini in humous for a lighter touch (or when you've run out of tahini...) along with preserved lemons instead of lemon juice. so chickpeas.
