It's years since I made shortbread - I would like to say I have no idea why, but I do really as I would scoff the lot.
I have found a cute little tin in the 'tin/tupperware/plastic box' cupboard, (originally for Highland shortbread) that will do nicely to take it in

They look great!!! And it is no wonder the neck broke off, that cutter may be pretty, but isn't really suitable. I love the triceratops, though, that is perfect.
I guess that will be one very happy little boy.
