Hello all , it’s been such a long time since I’ve been on any food forums , I used to be on bbc food everyday , I know gill the painter and Joanne - zeb bakes and a few others , I’ve been trying to find some food forums again to post in which are very active .

Looking forward to posting more

Hi Phil and welcome! I don't remember your name from the beeb site - did you use a pseudonym?

Hello and welcome! I've been around since the BBC days too, with various iterations of Sue L as a name. What name were you using back then?

I believe Phil Joy, was his name. Or something similar.
You were looking to become a baker were you Phil? Something like that? Interested in bread.
