Smoked tuna
John West used to do a really lovely tinned smoked tuna but I learnt today that they have stopped producing it. I've checked on tinternet and can't find anything apart from smoked tuna carpaccio. Has any got any idea if there is another company doing it? Doesn't matter where in the world!
Re: Smoked tuna
I've looked everwhere, Megan and am usually good at finding things, but not this time! John West do different varieties of smoked mackerel fillets.

Could be worth trying a Greek deli, my DIL-to-be always brings some back with her from Athens so it might be stocked by them here.

Indeed Amazon have a Greek brand, expensive, but does suggest it might be in the right shop

Re: Smoked tuna
Messaged my DIL-to-be and it's the Trata brand she brings back but has seen it in Greek & Middle Eastern shops from time to time in Glasgow and Cardiff. It's usually £2-3 for a small tin. A quick Google pulls up a couple of online places selling it though delivery charges could be steep.

Perfect Liketocook I will see where in Cardiff I can get it - I'm taking GS to the Lego shop on Saturday so I might see if I can get it then. Thanks for all your replies - if you've never tried it I can highly recommend it to any fish lover!
