DSP measurement
Saw a video for a Marco recipe for beef stroganoff. It called for a DSP of something. What is the measurement and how how much is in it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
Re: DSP measurement
Hi Mark, that will be a dessertspoon, I think - ie between a teaspoon and a tablespoon ... will check if there's a quantity listed anywhere ...
Re: DSP measurement
I would take that to mean a dessertspoonful .... the sort of size you eat your dessert with (not an ice cream spoon) I would think it hold roughly the same amount as a soup spoon.
Re: DSP measurement
Yup, suffs is spot on - soup spoon size https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dessert_spoon
