it was actually one of my school dinners (vegetarian school).
I’m definitely going to try this! When I was a teenager and my mum worked shifts as a nurse and my Dad was at work, I would often cook dinner for me and my sister and a favourite freezer dinner was cheese and onion pasty, chips and bisto gravy. So the flavours in yours are right up my street!
