we don't eat them as they are but i usually keep a couple of tins in the pantry for a very quick pea soup.
they have their uses.

I love them. Tonight's tea - pan fried hake, salad potatoes and a tin of mushy peas. Where are you going to get anything better than that!

Sounds lovely

I also like garden peas puréed with a bit of mint.
