Shredded iceberg lettuce mixed with leftover roast chicken, covered with Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup and topped with a couple of packs of lightly crushed plain POTATO CRISPS and baked in the oven until heated through.
A recipe given me by a friend from the US back in the late 70s ... I kid you not ... it was one of her family's favourites.
We tried it ... once ...

Once sounds enough suffs!

Raw chicken pieces dipped in mayonnaise then coated in crushed potato crisps before shallow frying. Sounds of a similar ilk but is really rather good.
