Ah, people aren't getting very excited about coconut, are they?!
I have to mention one of the most memorable desserts when OH and I were in Lyons because he was working there - at least 100 years ago!
It was the most delectable coconut cakey thing with a wonderful RASPBERRY coulis.

fresh coriander in madhur jaffrey's tomato and courgette curry.
(madhur uses fresh parsley in her falafel - and dried, ground coriander).

Made a very authentic Tabboula the other day with piles of flat leaved parsley - had a couple of spoonfuls each for supper last night, very impressed so BULGAR

Hmmm ... two at once ... roasted courgettes (round ones are good) stuffed with bulghur and PRESERVED LEMON

ha! you beat me to it! i was going to point out that it was courgette in bold, not parsley.

Lots of chickpeas happening - so how about gram (chickpea) flour in a potato dosa

as a dosa is a composite can i just go for the potato part?

Doh.....! meant to highlight potato - was fancying a dosa too much - still am!!

ramen noodles in a homemade (but healthier) version of a pot noodle containing frozen peas.
