Pappy white bread in stuffing - springing to mind at the mo' is black pudding stuffing for large squid which is on the horizon soon.

i don't know whether it's the same sort of food pairing but chorizo, hanging next to loads of skinned rabbits, in a butcher's stall, in the indoor market in salamanca.

(how else am i going to join in with the meat ones ¿‽)
