A large spoonful of clotted cream added to mushroom risotto at the very end of cooking.

Mascarpone layered in a deconstructed tiramisù - the sponge soaked in Strega liqueur.

actually, i never feel that guilty about it, it's just an indulgence that i prefer uninterrupted - especially if i'm not sharing the end of the pot of cream...
