From pub!ic broadcasting here in the states. First two episodes are quirky but fun. Reminds me of something I would see on the BBC or UKTV. Like two fat ladies, .tho I recall that ended up on food network

I believe it is only available in The Usa ..

They ask for one´s "postal code and state " ..
