Hi mark111757. That's a totally new one on me - inside out beef, no less. The idea is no doubt for it to be tasty and juicy throughout, which I'm sure it is bound to be 
Have you tried it yet? Looks like it could well be worth saving up for if rump is the sort of cut that slices can be piled up in torpedo sandwiches as well.
