"Guten Appetit!" works well, too.

Re: Miso Paste
We made the hummus with the cannellini beans. We didn't have any citrus fruit as recommended in the recipe but OH loved it anyway. Will be making it again.
Something else we made with miso paste was a miso, tofu and spring onion soup. Unbelievably fast and easy. Took ten minutes from start to finish.

Sorry to be picky but if it does not contain chickpeas or tahini it is not hummus but a delicious bean based dip.

Oops, it does contain tahini, did I forget to mention it?
Re: Miso Paste
I occasionally do a miso marinade & sauce for chicken. The measurements aren't really specific I just add them to taste, but I've written down my best guess.
Red miso paste, about 1 heaped teasp
Mirin - goodly glug, about 2 teasp
Toasted sesame oil, about 1 teasp
Smoked garlic powder or crushed clove - maybe half teasp
Ginger powder or grated root - about teasp
Lime juice - half a lime
Soy sauce - 1-2 teasp
It can be rather salty so taste it before you add the soy sauce
