I didn’t think of flatbread as for some reason I’ve never made a yeasted one, I’ll bear that in mind

For emergency pizza base I use a savoury scone dough.

I make very similar flatbreads with SR flour and yogurt, so I added mint and lemon to my usual recipe tonight, to eat with a tagine - delicious!
10 minutes from start to finish, and you'd hardly know they weren't a yeast dough.

For emergency pizza base I use a savoury scone dough.
It does the job.
That was my standard method before the breadmaker.

I made pizzas again using the recipe suffs gave at the start of the thread. I’ve still not revived the starter scully kindly sent me.
I left it to prove for longer and used 50g of wholemeal bread flour in the mix along with strong white and 00.
I’m really pleased with the result, had planned to take a photo but was too hungry.
Mine was topped with courgette, pine nuts and watercress. My OH had salami and jarred sweet drop peppers.
