Yes I appreciate that, Sue, but still object to vegan meat subs that do not give you a balanced meal in nutritional terms. I suspect a lot of young new wave vegans don't always get this.
Or maybe I just have sour grapes because pubs have replaced vegetarian options with vegan junk food Not really an issue at the moment...

I'm with you there Herbi, I do wonder if some are managing to balance their diets well. That said, it is easy to compare meat and two veg meals with modern vegan meals when the total daily intake may be constructed rather differently.

I think an old sock would probably taste ok in that sauce
