it may be deja vu but i'm pretty sure i've suggested glacé cherries in florentines before - but i'm going suggest them again, with walnuts (added alongside almonds in mary berry's recipe).

Blue cheese (Stilton) with chestnuts, radicchio and a citrus dressing (made with fresh orange and lime juice, wholegrain mustard, honey, salt, evoo and just a couple of drops of toasted sesame oil).
