Oh I forgot to mention Taiwanese soy sauce.
Most common brand is Kimlan (equivalent to LKK in Taiwan) that I find easily available in UK.
Kim Ve Wong is another Taiwanese brand. From this brand I like the XO soy sauce, available from selective oriental supermarkets in UK.
There are many more different Taiwanese brands but not that easily available. I find Taiwanese soy sauce has an undertone of sweetness.
Taiwanese like a thickened sweet soy they called Soy Paste (醤油膏) , pronounced as jiang you gao. It's similar to ketchup manis but more savoury with soy sauce flavour. This is normally use as dipping sauce.
