Opening this food board on a mobile and answering
Is there a trick to posting an answer here through a mobile phone? I have been unable to do it, it just comes back as error. I don't very often use desk top these days, may be once a day. So it would be handy to do answering on mobile, if I can work it out.

A few questions please Mamta
Are you sure you are logged in on the mobile? Using you new password not one your mobile might have stored before
When do you get the error - when you click on Post a Reply, or when you click on Submit?
What does the error message say?

I did wonder if you’re using one of the phone emojis as they won’t work.

I usually get that trouble if a) someone has posted whilst I have been composing my post - you can often just repost but sometimes it loses your post. If you have written a lot it's worth saving it as a draft or copying it just in case. (it's quite a faff retrieving drafts). b) as Smitch says, you use an emoji from your phone rather than using one selected from the right hand side of the board. It will not let you proceed until you have rectified it.

I have found trying to communicate on the now defunct WF board on my phone almost impossible .. doable, but with such a small screen, it was just difficult.
I keep my lap top open all day .. it sits by my armchair and I just refresh it whenever I want to post anything. This is also my preferred place to play Lexulous - the replacement Scrabble game. I just couldn't manage on a tiny phone screen.

.
I use my phone a lot to access here and no probs.
Could be a phone browser or browser settings issue?
What browser are you using, Mamta?

I think this is the first time I've posted from a phone. Android. Not sure what is meant by phone emoji, I'll plonk in a smiley.
If you see this it all worked.

A "phone emoji" is just selecting one from the phone's keyboard rather than using the ones at the right hand side of the screen that are displayed when posting a message on this foodboard.
Re: Opening this food board on a mobile and answering
Found those phone emojis, they threw up an error message when I tried to post with them.
The bottom line - phone emojis are incompatible with the board, you'll have to use the board's emojis *Mamta (to the right of the text box you type the post into).
EDITED*
