a tiny, tiny bit of carolina reaper chilli mixed with sour cream for an accompaniment with chilli nachos.

Paprika (or cayenne) mixed into egg mayonnaise. (Add some very finely grated Red Leicester on top.)

they are an interesting chilli. although they are blisteringly hot they are also very fruity.

if you're on a mac, hold down the letter you want an umlaut or accent on and then tap the corresponding number. for other symbols (that you can't get by shift alt) hold down ctrl cmd spacebar and a window opens with nearly all of the other ones.
