Anyone tried toasting ground flaxseed/flaxseed meal? Good to do/ not good to do?

Yes, absolutely not a problem holding together at all, Zero. Down to the glue of the chia seeds I think, the texture's great.

I toasted flaxseeds whole once for a cottage cheese breakfast thing, and decided it wasn't worth the effort.
I was dabbling with interesting things from the Budwig diet (as it came to my attention via a school friend, whose sister prolonged her life by 3 years on it when chemo failed).

Today I had porridge with sliced peach and Greek yogurt.
Delicious.
