Today's challenge

Postby PatsyMFagan » Mon Jan 11, 2021 3:23 pm

OK everyone ..

Asking for a friend (I have invited him to join us on here) who has 'lost' a recipe he was hoping to make. Clues are:

Probably a Telegraph recipe
Ottolenghi
Rose Harissa
Chicken

Can anyone help ? He has tried Googling ........

There are also versions of the recipe online, without the corn crust.
Traditional home baking, and more:
