Lovely! Many thank yous KC2! Sweet potatoes have been put on the shopping list.
Suffs - interesting stuff there - reminds me of the courgette pickle from Gillthepainter's thread a while back which I made and love - will def try one of these versions as we like pickles a (whole) lot.

So, raw unfiltered cider vinegar is reputedly extremely good for you and some people like to take a spoonful a day mixed with raw unfiltered honey.

sour cream with a smidgeon of carolina reaper - or any other hot chilli - to pep up a fajita or otherwise mild chilli dish.
