i have also been glued to my big red book of tomatoes recently. another casserole dish full went into the oven yesterday... :yum

I have to say, gazpcho made with roasted tomato passata is pretty amazing. Tomorrow is a gazpacho day... (I am out of cucumbers, but have homegrown peppers. I might get a cuc from the Turkish shop tomorrow. I suppose if I get soem frozen tomatoes out they will still be nice and chilled.

Need to pic some more. Airpot toms are looking much better now than the first onee it produced.

Who is the tomato book by, Zosh? I think I have one...

Hi herb. yes it was that 1. i did look at that recipe, when we are back from wales i must try it. i do love the way she writes that book, the snippets of travel add to the joy of the dish.
