Wholegrain mustard in a dressing with fresh orange and lime juice, s&p, evoo and a couple of drops of ROASTED SESAME OIL.

roasted (toasted?) sesame oil and lemon juice for a dressing on a salad of (small) grated fresh turmeric, (large) grated carrot, sliced spring onion and shredded iceberg lettuce.

Fresh turmeric is a toughy (never seen, never used). I gather that if eaten fresh it's better raw or one might as well use powdered if cooked. Also to add black pepper which contains puperine (who knew that? me neither) which helps absorb fresh turmeric's antioxidants.

I'll go with blending it into a smoothie with fresh ginger which is a significant ingredient in this carrot/ginger smoothie (about 20% down the page): https://minimalistbaker.com/carrot-ging ... -smoothie/

I like simple carrot/orange/ginger smoothie but never tried one with turmeric, so will give it a go.

Hot water (very hot) poured over Darjeeling leaf tea, allowed to infuse, strained and served with a slice of LEMON

Hmmmm......which one to chose?..........Both!

Smoked trout fishcakes with plenty of fresh dill & a ricotta, mozzarella & Parmesan sauce with eggs, parsley etc. in baked Conchoglie pasta.

Take your pick...... ;)

The moist dark chicken meat (preferably) shredded with taco seasoning, green chilli, lettuce, avocado and mayonnaise in a tortilla wrap.
