tarts (baked blind) filled with thinly sliced red and yellow peppers, onions and garlic, topped with smoked cheese (cheddar) and baked again until the cheese is bubbling and golden. (either largish or canapé size).

Cor blimey! OK. Smen bread or flatbreads with figs and honey and a mint garnish.

(The harira looks like a decent bowlful of tasty wholesome food.)

loads of parsley in my pastys - along with (home made rough puff pastry) yellow turnip, potato, onion, carrot and cheddar, salt and black pepper.

pigeon (gunga) peas in good old 'rice an' peas' with a bit of coconut cream/milk added in the cooking.
