i think artichokes are repeating on us!
i like mine, after dipping and sucking the bottom of the sepals, with melted butter.

Seasoned white crabmeat with lemon dipped avocado cubes and a dip of yoghurt/mayo (50:50), lime juice, tabasco, optional red onion, garlic. Celery and cucumber crudites to chomp.

(One of our favourite walks takes us past Hartington Creamery. Not been for a while though.)

if peakland blue is anything like cornish blue then it goes well in a sandwich with lettuce, celery and a tiny bit of spring onion.
