I usually make B&B pudding with brown bread marmalade sandwiches. Although it is officially Osborne Pudding (a favourite of Queen Victoria), it is always called Paddington Pudding in our house.

Sugar Puffs.
Mum used to buy them as my (much favoured) brother enjoyed them.

I like the sound of that, Janet. I do love marmalade...

A friend makes B&B pudding with brioche, double cream and some booze. That is a step too far for me.

Carluccios used to do a chocolate one which worked really well. I woudn't have thought so had I not tried it.

I think I’d have bread and butter pudding in any form really . Beautiful pudding .

Looking at my previous answers , I’ll add that vile tinned ham with the jelly around it (Ye Olde Oak was the brand I think ?), tinned corned beef , can you tell I’m not a fan of tinned meat and pink pork I’m not keen on . I know technically you can serve it pink but it just doesn’t appeal to me at alk
