That's more or less how I make it - The Lushly's an expert crab cracker/dresser so we have crab often - usually plain & as is except for lemon - What I absolutely detest is when crab is mixed with mayo - absolute sacrilege.....!
I would never add tomatoes to crab meat either as suggested at the end of the recipe - a definite no-no!!
