Well, a success so far. I made a white loaf for my 9 year old grandson ( I left it on the doorstep!). I did as you suggested, and used a new tin of yeast and 20ml more water. It turned out beautifully. Now my next challenge is to make us a wholemeal loaf again increasing the water. Thanks so much.
