They do sound very nice . I like dishes using leftovers which are often better than the original dish

I neglected to post my recipe link, but Stokey's sound better than the recipe I linked to anyway (it was basically pancake mix in pan, dollop of mincemeat, then more pancake mix on top).

I forgot about pancakes, so had some banana ones this morning. Not quite as Gills, I added some flour and milk and baking powder. No cream or maple syrup though, which they were crying out for :-(

I think yours win the pancake prize Renee - very similar to the Korean seafood pancakes I made in my Korean phase.

Incidentally they're selling weeny pans like the ones in the video at the moment in Lidl for £3.99. I've already got three, so no use to me!

I saw those pans in Lidl, but I didn't think that they would be any use to me. What do you use your for? I did use a small Téfal frying pan, so maybe a similar size.

Here's some pancakes done in them...

They also make great bread-roll sized omelettes, usually asian style with curry spices and chillies.

What delicious-looking pancakes which have turned out much better than my larger pancakes. Mind you, I just use the traditional mix for making English pancakes.

Super pancakes.
I've got a small pan, drop scone size.

Have just made banana and egg pancakes (4) for my breakfast. Not particularly good pics, but they'll do.
I have them plain.

It does look good Gill! It's quite an amazing recipe, because they actually look and taste like pancakes, rather than a banana omelet which I suppose they are. I'll make some for today.
