Masterchef the professionals
In season 12 epi 02, there was a demo of a crab omelette Arnold Benedict which looked totally outstanding. Sadly no recipe , that i could find.
Any of you wonderful folks point me in the right direction??

I didn't see the programme but I'd imagine that it's the same as the classic Arnold Bennett but using crab instead of smoked haddock. A google search for "omlette arnold bennett recipe" will bring up loads of recipes.

It is very close. In the demo'ed one on TV he used a crab claw and some brown crab.
