Good for you then Suffs but less so for your ex who's now probably neurotic about telltale crumbs catching him out :o

Ooh I think he’s safe ... don’t think she’d be seen dead getting in his car ... when they go out together he’s the passenger in her nice clean well maintained one ;)

Just made some ginger nuts using a recipe from a Scottish cookbook, and thought you might like this Scottish delicacy that's in there too. Don't ask me what those optional items are :-(

CRAPPIT HEIDS
4 Haddock heads
4 Haddock livers
Oatmeal
Salt & pepper
A little milk
Fish stock
Optional: Slot, Stap or Roe Crappin.

Mix chopped livers with equal amount of oatmeal, bind with a little milk, season with s&p and stuff the heads. Place in saucepan with fish stock and simmer for 30 minutes.

I think I’ll stick with fish head curry

Crappins would seem to be bits of the guts, roe obviously but the rest?

i'll have the ginger nuts - they'll decrease the waves of nausea from the thought of the fish 'delicacy'!
