Rhubarb syrup
I bought a bottle of Sodastream Rhubarb Syrup in a French supermarket last week. It tastes lovely and refreshing.
I thought I would be able to buy it in the UK but it's not available (there are fancy cocktail syrups at £12 but mine was 5euro).
I think rhubarb season may be over now, but has anyone ever made a rhubarb syrup? Was it easy and how long did it 'keep' in the bottle?

Re: Rhubarb syrup
Ikea do a decent rhubarb cordial if there’s one near you

I like the Cawston Press Rhubarb, but that’s ready to drink in cans and tetrapaks, not a concentrate
