Odettes potato salads

I’ve lost my recipe that was on the old BBC site!!! Has anyone got the recipe please?

You are very lucky, Stokey posted it on the old board, which unlike the BBC I've archived (although I don't promise to forever).

Thanks very much. Yes I know. I’ve been making it for years with a much scaled down version. It’s a lovely recipe though and I’m very grateful.

If not using firm new potatoes the best method of cooking the spuds is the Indian one, put the whole washed potatoes in a pan, preferably in a single layer. Cover generously with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer exactly 10 minutes. Leave to cool without draining, they need to stand at least an hour but are best left until tepid when the skins should slip off as you cut them up

Good way of cooking spuds for salads, sautéing and of course in Indian dishes.
