Thanks Mark. No good for me because I would have to join. I did read about Ho Chi Minh city, where I spent a few weeks and read this:
"Snail and broken rice are staples of Ho Chi Minh City's outdoorsy street food culture, which has been shaped by both history and family memory." The food was rather strange there and I'm glad that I didn't have any street food!!
